Steamed cod with potatoes and vegetables

Boiled cod is always good. Try this recipe with dressing and vegetables. Dinner court equally suitable on a weekday as on a day you fancy something extra.


800 g Cod fillets
1 piece red onion
4 pieces of carrot
1 slice celery
5 pieces almond
0.75 l fish stock
2 dl white wine
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
4 pieces scallions

1 dl crème fraîche
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper

Cut the cod into serving pieces, red onion into thin rings, carrot slices, and celery and potato cubes.
Boil fish stock with white wine and white wine vinegar.
Add the vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the fish and let them draw 6-8 minutes.
Cut onions into slices and add to the end of cooking time.
Mix together dressing ingredients.
Season with lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
Server fish with vegetables around and a little dressing on top.
